As I can see your original setup had your CPU running at 41-52C and after you added a new radiator, your temps raised to 46-58C which was a 5C increase, but after you made these changes, you got back down to 43-56C which can be cause by difference in ambient temp as it's only about 2C (and remember the displayed temps aren't that exact and you have a 1C margin of error as a rule of thumb).
