This position leads DCBS: Building Codes Division (BCD). The Building Division reviews all plans submitted for building permits, and performs all required inspections throughout construction. All of our courses and materials have been approved by the Oregon Building Codes Division. Driveway inspections are now performed by the Engineering Division for all driveway aprons and frontage sidewalks, including those in subdivisions.
